Achievements
Managed to strengthen the capacity of its diocese
to ensure continuity and sustainability of the
projects.
Established a structure that flows from top to grass
roots.
Challenges
Challenges facing the diocese included cash
shortages during the implementation period, lack
of resources for project implementation,
withdrawal of some aid agencies in supporting
activities in Zimbabwe hence the number of
vulnerable populations continuously increases.
But the diocese will continue to engage new
partners so as to assist the thousands of suffering
people in the diocese.
Access to some of the diocese's operation areas
due to poor road networks.
